Yuvraj Singh has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy at the Cancer Research Institute in Boston.

The cancer is believed to be in the first stage. Yuvraj's physiotherapist Dr. Jatin Choudhary, however, has assured that the tumour on his lung is curable and the left-hander would be fit to resume cricket by May.

Yuvraj hasn't played since the Test series against West Indies in November.

The tumour was thought to non-malignant last year. He has already been ruled out of the IPL 5^th edition.
